Jim LaLonde is a Global Managing Director and Lead for Accenture's Adobe Business Group. A 20+ year veteran of digital transformations spanning sales, service, marketing, and commerce, he leads a team of over 2100 Experience Architects and Technologists whose sole mission is to enable the best customer experiences on the planet.
Mr. LaLonde joined Accenture in 2007 and has worked with life sciences, financial services, retail, CPG, CMT, and resources clients advising them on shaping roadmaps and architectures to get started, leading global sales, marketing, integration and master data transformations through to intelligent operational managed services. Mr. LaLonde currently serves on the Open Data Initiative's Partner Advisory Council and is Accenture's thought leader on Customer Data Platforms. In addition to ODI, Mr. LaLonde regularly meets with CDP partners to provide feedback on their product roadmaps and the evolution of client needs in the experience data domain.
Mr. LaLonde received a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Virginia Tech.

He has over 2 decades of experience delivering ecommerce and digital marketing solutions for clients, both at home and internationally. He lives in the Toronto suburbs with his wife, two children, and a dog named Ben - who harbors a deep enmity for doorbells, nail clippers, and uncarpeted flooring.
